Peace be upon you
Ingredients
140 g all purpose flour / cake flour
½ tsp baking powder
50 g sugar
1 egg
100 g plain yogurt
1 tbsp fresh milk
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp yeast
Method
Whisk an egg with sugar in a medium bowl
until the colour change to pale. Pour in the yogurt, milk, olive oil and yeast.
Whisk them well. Sift the flour and baking powder into the batter, mix them well.
Let it sit for half an hour. Heat the non

the upper side bubbles you can flip the pancake. Cook until a bit brown.
Repeat the same steps for the remaining
batter. Serve warm with your choice of glazes.
