Hello friends! Sorry for the long silent. Hari ni saja nak tayang our lunch on weekend. Special sikit sebab craving for it. Gigih mencari lamb rack tapi besar pulak lamb rack nya jadi we all just choose the cutlets. The price affordable which is 5 cutlets cost us about RM46++ (Lupa pulak the exact price).
I marinated with garlics, rosemary, thyme, salt, black pepper and a splash of olive oil. Grill on the skillet both sides for few minutes and roast in the oven until set. Served with creamy mash potato, steamed organic broccoli, grilled tomatoes and poured with a special sauce.
