THE BEST SCRAMBLED EGGS

السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ
Peace be upon you







INGREDIENTS

6 free range eggs
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp heavy cream
3 tbsp butter
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
Water to boil
    1/4 cup butter (to pour over the egg)



METHOD

In a bowl, beat eggs gently. Pour in the milk, heavy cream, add in the butter and salt.

Boil water in a heavy bottomed sauce pan over slow heat.

Double boiled the eggs mixture,stir gently and cooked until the eggs are set. Sprinkle the pepper over the eggs and stir them well. Please do not overcooked.

Pour the scrambled eggs onto a serving plate.

 Melt the butter over medium heat. Spoon (about 2 tbsp)the melted butter and pour over the eggs. 


Ready to serve.



P/S : You may drizzle the vanilla essence over the eggs as well.
